Tuesday Tea Tasting As the famous Grand National horse race took place on Sunday, I thought an appropriate tea to try this week was Speedy Breakfast from Rare Tea Company. Cheshire Tea was founded by friends Phil and Paul - with the aim to ‘bring exceptional tea to every palate in Great Britain'. Their Breakfast Blend with leaves from Kenya and India was beautiful to look at due to the fiery licks of calming Safflower petals. The brew itself was a lovely morning cuppa - nice and mellow - and I loved the extra touch on the packaging which detailed the picking time and flush.
