I did a little latte experimenting today. I brewed Bluebird Tea Co's delicious Coco Chai with enough water to cover the bag, for 4 minutes. Then used a Bialetti milk frother (don't tell my boyfriend - he's territorial when it comes to his coffee equipment), added the bubbly milk and sprinkled a little cocoa powder on top. Wow, it was tasty...if I do say so myself! The coconutty flavour and spices of the chai work really well with the creamy milk - a little bit of the exotic on a rainy day in Britain.
